What are the three types of pain?

Understanding the 3 types of pain is important to finding an approach that address your type, or TYPES, of pain.

The three types of pain are:
1. nociceptive pain
2. neuropathic pain
3. nociplastic pain

Before you decide which type of pain you have, remember that you can have more than one.

And in fact if you have had pain longer than 6 months, it is VERY likely that you have nociplastic pain (pain associated with changes in the nervous system).

In order to beat pain, we have to address it from all angles by addressing all types of pain that are contributing to your symptoms.

My program, the Chronic Pain Breakup Method, was designed to help you address the nociplastic side of your pain problem.

To find out what your next steps should be to address your pain problem from all angles, set up a free Comfort Clarity Call today.
